    This is a rescheduling announcement for the postponed maintenance for Fremont, CA.

    We will be performing scheduled network maintenance in our Fremont data center to migrate BGP routing to Elcro's ASN. This includes switching our /24 IP block and all BGP sessions in that location.

    Only network services will be affected - servers will remain online but may be unreachable during routing changes.

    The duration is blocked for 2 hours but is expected to be much shorter. We appreciate your patience during this switchover as we work to improve our network performance and reliability.

    We have identified a routing issue that is affecting some clients across our network in the US. This appears intermittent and spread out.

    On-call upstream engineers have been made aware of the issue, and are working on a resolution.

    Elcro will be performing scheduled maintenance at our Dallas Data Center location on Friday, April 18th, 2025, between 1:00PM CDT to 6PM CDT. During this time, we will be upgrading our top-of-rack switches to improve overall network performance and scalability.

    While the maintenance window spans several hours, downtime is expected to be minimal as we will be upgrading one section at a time. Some customers may experience brief interruptions in connectivity or increased latency, but services will automatically resume as each upgrade completes.

    We appreciate your understanding and will be closely monitoring the network throughout the process to ensure a smooth transition.
